How we work

Start supervised work
in four weeks.

We define agent roles for recurring work, controls and quality checks, connect them to the right systems and put them into production with clear limits, human approvals and stop conditions.

The Aitonomy method

Four stages
from workflow
to supervised production.

We select the workflow, write the role, test it on real cases and supervise its live work. Each stage ends with a decision to proceed, adjust or stop.

Scan

Weeks 0–2

We map one workflow from trigger to completion with the people who do it today. We count volume, handling time, rework and exceptions, list every system involved and select the first role only when the numbers support it.

Onboard

Weeks 2–4

We write the role’s job: the cases it handles, the result it must produce, the systems it may use and the points where a person must decide or approve. We connect access and load the operating context.

Output · role specification, access and controls

Earn trust

Weeks 4–8

We run the role against past cases and known exceptions, fix the failures and then give it a limited queue of live work. Aitonomy Control records every action and routes cases outside the agreed rules to the named reviewer.

Ongoing

Each week, we compare completed work with the baseline for quality, speed, rework and operating cost. When a case is wrong or delayed, we update the decision rules, reference examples, system actions or approval threshold that caused it. We add case types and volume only after the agreed targets are met.

Dedicated delivery team

Aitonomy owns the
delivery outcome.

A forward-deployed engineer works with your process owner from workflow mapping through live operations. We build the integrations, run the production transition and keep improving the role until it meets the agreed quality, speed, rework and cost targets.

An engineer embedded in the work

They work directly with the people running the workflow and turn its exceptions and unwritten rules into tested agent behaviour.

We train and integrate the role

Aitonomy configures the agent, connects the systems, sets the approvals and escalation routes, and runs the tests needed for production.

Your IT team enables access, not the build

Your IT team approves credentials, security and architecture. Aitonomy carries out the implementation work.

We stay accountable after launch

We review failed and delayed cases every week, change the decision rules, examples, system actions and approval thresholds, and track the result against the business case.
