What we believe

We believe agents will redefine what a product team is, and how much a small one can achieve. We see them becoming a core part of how the work gets done, across product, design and engineering, not a tool on the side.

So the real shift is not which tools a team buys. It is the way the team works. Adopting AI well means changing the practice, the gates and the habits, not just installing another assistant.

We started Aitonomy to help Dutch product teams make that shift first, and to make AI-native a practice the whole team can trust.

When digital transformation is done right, it's like a caterpillar turning into a butterfly, but when done wrong, all you have is a really fast caterpillar.
